Phillip helped me as a first time home buyer in so many ways. My fear of, am I doing the right thing or can this actually be done went out the window. he was very honest with all the things that happened, I was never surprised. He took care of so many details that would have made working my more than full time job very difficult. Where do I Start I started the Process of Buying my First home Back in April of 2016 and of course I fall in love with a Short Sale house Placed an offer in April and at the end of January I was still waiting on an Answer from the Bank to Give us the Final Approval. Gave up on this house and started looking at more houses and within Days found another. I placed on Offer and I am now getting ready to close on the 23rd of this month. Phillip was very patient with me as I some weeks called or emailed him for a Status from the Bank once a day. Really recommend Mr. Salazar as he is very easy to talk to and explains the process of buying a home. I hope I don't need to buy another house but if I do i would 100% use Phillip again.
